Brittany is a certified K–12 Intervention Specialist with deep roots in the Dayton education community. Inspired by her father — a local elementary school principal — she developed an early passion for education rooted in service and advocacy.
After co-teaching in inclusive classrooms across grades K–6 and later teaching high school math and social studies, she shifted into special education leadership. While pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, her research on 1:1 academic recovery vs. small-group instruction confirmed what she'd seen for years in the classroom.
In 2014, she launched Morgan Tutoring to make that level of support widely accessible. It's now a statewide network of academic and therapeutic support.
